Después de la adjudicación de los proyectos, pero previamente al comienzo de la fase de ejecución de las obras, es necesaria la presentación de mucha documentación, son los llamados «Preconstruction Submittals».

Estos documentos pueden referirse a todos los planes necesarios de organización de obra, seguridad, de izado de equipos, medioambiental, gestión de residuos, tráfico o situación futura de las casetas de obra. Estos planes, son comunes a todas las obras en su estructura general, aunque se diferencien por las particularidades de cada proyecto.
These documents can refer to all the necessary plans for work organization, safety, equipment lifting, environmental, waste management, traffic, or future situation of the construction site offices. These plans are common to all the works in their general structure, although they differ due to the particularities of each project.

Así mismo, estos «Preconstruction Submittals» pueden referirse a los materiales, equipos o sistemas que se utilizarán durante la ejecución de las obras, que son los «Product Data», y que dependerán de aquellos que se vayan a usar específicamente en el proyecto al que se refieren.

Debido a todos los proyectos en los que hemos participado, tenemos conocimiento de aquellos equipos, productos y sistemas que se han utilizado con anterioridad y que cumplirán con los requerimientos del cliente. Por lo cual, realizamos la labor de redacción y/o supervisión de estos documentos.
