Water-Based Fire Protection Systems

For new buildings to be constructed or those that require corrective actions in relation to Fire Protection Systems, we are completely aware of the US codes and standards, such as NFPA, IBC, or UFC for instance, and have the necessary knowledge and skills in order to provide the technical services needed for wet-pipe sprinkler system designs, calculations, and shop drawings.

Wet-pipe Sprinkler System Design

Through the design system based on BIM technology, using the REVIT program we are able to model the entire Fire Protection System using sprinklers and/or fire hoses adapting it to the reality of the building, obtaining a real system in which all the components that comprise it can be described, listed, quantified, valued and later be built without unforeseen situations or clashes with other systems or construction elements.

Mediante el sistema de diseño basado en la tecnología BIM, utilizando el programa REVIT somos capaces de modelar el Sistema de Protección Contraincendios mediante rociadores y/o BIES adaptándolo a la realidad del edificio, obteniendo un sistema real en el que todos los componentes que lo forman pueden describirse, enumerarse, cuantificarse, valorarse y posteriormente construirse sin que se produzcan situaciones imprevistas o colisiones con otros sistemas o elementos constructivos.
